Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver realistic cyber crisis exercises that align with client threat realities and technical complexity. 2. Facilitate exercises across strategic (COMEX) and operational (SOC/C‑SIRT/CERT) levels, ensuring structured participant engagement. 3. Advise clients on the construction and refinement of crisis management frameworks, including decision processes, visual management support, response protocols, and communication strategies. 4. Conduct comprehensive post‑exercise reviews (RETEX), extracting performance insights and recommending prioritized improvement actions. 5. Maintain continuous situational awareness of cyber threat developments to inform scenario relevance and exercise design. Required Skills: - Crisis management and tabletop exercise facilitation. - Scenario design and simulation planning. - Methodological expertise in crisis response processes and visual management. - Familiarity with DFIR, forensic analysis, and incident handling concepts. - Stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and influencing skills. - Advanced written communication for reporting and documentation. - English (spoken & written). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent.
