Job Description
**Job Title** Director of Talent Acquisition **Role Summary** Strategic leader charged with building and scaling a high‑performance talent acquisition function to support ~50% year‑over‑year headcount growth in a fast‑growing SaaS organization. **Expectations** * Own end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy and execution. * Partner with executive and functional leaders to forecast hiring needs and align talent plans with business goals. * Lead, coach, and grow a recruiting team, establishing a culture of proactive, data‑driven, high‑quality hiring. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and continuously evolve company‑wide TA strategy for high‑growth scaling. * Translate business plans into hiring models, recruiter capacity plans, and start‑date forecasts. * Identify and mitigate talent gaps, bottlenecks, and risks before they affect execution. * Source, assess, and close technical, GTM, and senior leadership talent in a competitive SaaS market. * Set and enforce high hiring standards, serving as a bar raiser across all functions. * Champion a proactive recruiting culture that targets passive top talent. * Build, maintain, and analyze recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion, quality of hire, recruiter productivity, etc.) using ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Rippling). * Deliver actionable reporting and insights to leadership, driving continuous improvement. **Required Skills** * Strategic thinking and executive‑level influence. * Deep knowledge of SaaS talent markets and recruiting best practices. * Strong data‑driven decision‑making and proficiency with ATS/HRIS analytics. * Proven leadership of recruiting teams and talent‑management initiatives. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and drive results. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). * Professional HR certifications such as SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent (desired). * 5+ years of progressive talent‑acquisition experience in SaaS or technology companies.
