**Job Title:** GitHub Copilot Lead **Role Summary:** Lead strategic adoption of GitHub Copilot across legacy and COTS technology stacks, driving end-to-end deployment, custom agent development, and organization-wide training. **Expectations:** Deliver quarterly Copilot feature rollouts, establish adoption KPIs, and ensure alignment with Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot opportunities. - Own end-to-end implementation of Copilot features and custom agents within quarterly milestones. - Develop adoption strategies for legacy Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting frameworks. - Engage stakeholders—technical leads, architects, and management—to champion change management. - Define requirements and oversee creation of custom agents for COTS and legacy systems. - Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption success. - Design and deliver organization-wide Copilot training programs. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years in technical leadership roles. - Deep expertise in Java, .NET, C/C++ environments. - Proven experience with GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation. - Strong consultative, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Project management experience. - 7+ years of Generative AI business experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or cloud/generative AI tools are preferred.
