Communication & Digital Marketing Intern (Social Media & Content)
**Role Summary**
Full‑time, 35 hrs/week internship focused on developing and executing the digital marketing strategy for a B2B vehicle‑equipment e‑commerce brand. Activities include content creation, community management, editorial planning, and performance analysis across multiple social media and marketing channels.
**Expectations**
- Student or recent graduate (Bac + 3 to + 5) in Digital Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Passionate about social media and digital trends; creative, proactive, autonomous.
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills, comfortable using AI‑assisted tools.
- Vehicle holder with driving licence (B) able to travel weekly as required.
- Minimum 4‑month commitment; must maintain 35‑hour work week.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Plan, create, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
2. Manage the editorial calendar; adapt content to campaign milestones and overall digital strategy.
3. Interact with followers, moderate discussions, and handle inbound messages to foster community engagement.
4. Design visuals in Canva and produce short‑form videos (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.) for social media distribution.
5. Utilize AI tools to streamline content generation, improve copywriting, and generate creative concepts.
6. Track and analyze performance metrics for SEO, SEA, and SMA campaigns; report insights and recommend optimizations.
7. Support marketing‑automation initiatives: segmentation, behavioral analysis, and conversion‑flow improvement.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok content strategy.
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva).
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI‑based content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper).
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent written communication; native English writing proficiency.
- Self‑management, teamwork, and time‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
