Job title: Digital Sales Representative (SDR) – Apprenticeship Role Summary: Support the commercial team by generating, qualifying, and nurturing digital leads while driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and solution selling. Expectations: • Operate within an apprenticeship model, balancing work with academic commitments. • Meet monthly lead qualification targets and maintain a high level of engagement with prospects. • Demonstrate a proactive and organized approach to sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new leads using outbound and inbound methods. - Present digital solutions and services to potential clients. - Schedule and coordinate sales appointments for the senior commercial team. - Update and maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate prospect tracking. - Monitor and report on pipeline progress and metrics. - Contribute insights to the commercial growth strategy. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and organized. - Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - First‑hand experience in sales or related field is a plus.
