Job Description
**Job Title** Intern – Business Development & Sports Partnerships **Role Summary** Assist the founders in expanding Taloc’de Sport’s partner network across France. Lead prospecting, outreach, negotiations, and partnership management to drive growth of the subscription-based sports discount platform. **Expectations** - 2 months minimum, extendable based on performance. - Flexible start date; based in Grenoble, remote work permitted. - Collaborative, proactive, and self‑driven with a focus on measurable outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and prospect new sports partners (ski resorts, gyms, rental companies, outdoor clubs, etc.). - Initiate contact via phone, email, and on‑site visits; build rapport with potential partners. - Present the Taloc’de Sport offer and actively participate in partnership negotiations. - Update and manage partner information in the CRM system. - Contribute to the development of the commercial messaging and sales deck. - Propose strategic initiatives for new offers, geographic expansion, and partner typologies. - Participate in broader strategic discussions on positioning, partner network coherence, and brand image. - Depending on performance, support event planning, partner communications, or commercial process improvement. **Required Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Self‑starter with resourcefulness and the ability to take ownership. - Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. - Creative and strategic mindset with a global perspective beyond execution. - Interest in sports and entrepreneurship. - Confidence in negotiation and closing deals. - Proficiency in using a CRM tool and basic office software. **Required Education & Certifications** - Open to all academic levels; education background is secondary to the candidate’s mindset and capabilities. - No specific certifications required.
