Ancienne directrice générale de Kelly, et créatrice de Kelly Santé, Madame Lydia Desplanques crée en 2001 le groupe HUMAN CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL, holding basée à l’étranger avec des activités multiples ( Médical : humanitaire et sanitaire en Europe, Moyen Orient , Afrique et Asie, industrie textile à Mumbay, Agroalimentaire France et Luxembourg, Viticole : France , Luxembourg , Belgique et Cap du sud, ).
Elle accompagne dans les réorganisations et elle conseille les présidents des groupes du CAC 40 et de PME
