**Job Title** Senior Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead and scale a high‑performance B2B sales organization focused on the hospitality, senior facilities, and enterprise verticals. Drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, strategic go‑to‑market plans, and executive relationship building. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets across multiple verticals. - Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement within the sales team. - Deliver a seamless customer journey from pre‑sales to onboarding, maintaining a high level of customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Recruit, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives and Business Development staff. - Establish sales playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and ongoing training programs. - Design and execute targeted go‑to‑market strategies for bulk conversions in hospitality, senior facilities, and enterprise accounts. - Maintain structured forecasting (30/60/90‑day) with ≥90% close probability. - Collaborate with Operations to activate building and enterprise contracts based on forecasted readiness. - Lead complex commercial negotiations, including multi‑year or high‑value bulk contracts. - Partner with Marketing and Product to create vertical‑specific campaigns and content. - Manage executive‑level relationships with senior facility owners, hotel operators, and enterprise leaders. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership, preferably in telecom, technology, hospitality, enterprise, or senior‑facility sectors. - Proven ability to build and scale high‑performance sales teams. - Strong pipeline governance, forecasting, and CRM proficiency. - Advanced negotiation and communication skills for high‑value agreements. - Strategic mindset with capability to identify market opportunities and prioritize verticals. - Exceptional relationship‑building ability with senior executives and operational leaders. - Customer‑centric approach, translating diverse client needs into tailored solutions. - Operational discipline ensuring accurate reporting and process consistency. - Collaborative ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Product. - Adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced, evolving environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field (asset). - No specific certifications required, but relevant sales or industry certifications are a plus.
