Vice President, Marketing
**Role Summary**
Senior executive responsible for developing, executing, and measuring comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Oversees a global, cross‑functional marketing organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data‑driven decision making. Operates remotely.
**Expectations**
- Lead strategic planning and long‑term brand vision.

- Maintain ROI, CAC, CLTV metrics and manage a multi‑million‑dollar budget.
- Champion digital transformation, AI, and emerging channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute brand positioning and product marketing strategies.
- Design and manage omni‑channel campaigns (digital, social, content, offline).
- Lead lead generation, customer acquisition, and loyalty initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs, prepare dashboards, and optimize campaigns.
- Allocate budgeting, control spend, and report financial outcomes.
- Build and coach a high‑performance marketing team; oversee hiring, training, and career development.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Manage agency and partner relationships, PR, and crisis communication.
- Present insights to CEO, leadership, board, and investors.
- Drive continuous innovation and market expansion strategies.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic marketing planning & execution.
- Brand management, product marketing, and omni‑channel campaign development.
- Digital marketing expertise: SEO, SEM, content, social, email, and automation.
- Analytics & data interpretation: ROI, CAC, CLTV, conversion rates.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Leadership: team building, coaching, performance management.
- Budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s in Marketing/Digital Marketing preferred.
- Certifications preferred: Google Analytics, HubSpot, CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing), or equivalent.
