Senior .NET Developer

Job Description

Job title: Senior .NET Developer Role Summary: Lead developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a modern internal application using .NET Core, Blazor, WebAssembly, and Azure services. Collaborate closely with product owners, IT managers, and architects to align technical solutions with business objectives, and contribute to future strategic technology initiatives. Expactations: • Minimum 7 years of professional .NET development experience. • Proven ability to deliver complex, high‑quality code under tight deadlines. • Initiative to propose and implement process improvements. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset. • Fluency in English, with conversational Dutch and French preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service. • Apply CQRS pattern with MediatR, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server. • Build client‑side functionality using Blazor and WebAssembly. • Integrate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. • Work with product owners and architects to refine requirements. • Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews. • Optional involvement in mobile (Flutter), low‑code, AI, Power BI, or CMS projects as opportunities arise. Required Skills: • .NET Core / C# (advanced), Blazor, WebAssembly • Entity Framework Core, CQRS, MediatR • Azure: Containerization, Kubernetes, cloud services • Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, version control • Microsoft SQL Server (design & performance tuning) • Strong object‑oriented design, unit testing, and debugging skills • Expressive written and spoken English; conversational Dutch/French Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. • Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
