Job Description
Job Title: Recruiting Intern Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end recruitment for a growing education technology company, contributing to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment process improvement. Expectations: - Assist in full‑cycle recruitment for multiple open roles. - Manage candidate records, interview scheduling, and communication. - Collaborate with HR team to refine recruitment strategies and job postings. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates across channels to build a diverse talent pipeline. - Coordinate interview logistics: schedule, prepare materials, record and summarize feedback. - Update and maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and related logs. - Draft and post job descriptions on platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.). - Support development of hiring strategies and staffing plans. - Provide administrative support to HR functions and special projects. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Calendly; familiarity with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) preferred. - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. - Willingness to learn and actively contribute to recruitment activities. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
