**Job title** Communication Intern – Community Management **Role Summary** Two‑month internship (starting March 2026) focused on community management and digital content creation for a small agency. The intern will support the team in developing, scheduling, and publishing social media content, monitoring KPIs, and conducting communication audits for prospects. **Expectations** - Duration: 2 months, beginning March 2026. - Work schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (advised tele‑work). - Deliverables: content calendar, posts, visuals, KPI reports, audit findings, and event communication plan. - Submit a CV and portfolio at application. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and create editorial calendar and content (posts, photos, videos). - Design visuals using Canva. - Publish and manage posts on Instagram and Facebook. - Track KPIs and prepare performance reports. - Conduct strategic audits of prospects’ communications (brand guidelines, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram profiles). - Develop tailored communication strategies for prospects. - Assist in planning and promoting a charitable event in April 2026. - Manage personal agenda, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong communication with the team. **Required Skills** - French language proficiency B1–B2, with marketing/community management focus. - Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office suite, Trello, and CapCut (video editing). - Solid understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. - Ability to work independently and in a remote/onsite hybrid setting. - Strong organization, time‑management, and communication skills. - Team‑oriented attitude with a positive, creative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or ongoing studies in a similar discipline. - Optional: Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation. ---
