Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive, Influencer and Celebrity Relations **Role Summary:** Drive influencer and celebrity relationship development and execute influencer marketing programs for agency clients across fashion, beauty, wine & spirits, mobility, and related sectors. Manage campaign logistics, activations, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams and external talent representatives. **Expectations:** - 2‑3 years of influencer marketing or influencer relations experience (agency or in‑house). - Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, managers, and agents. - Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn AI tools and industry platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create client‑specific influencer/celebrity target lists and assist in strategy development. - Execute influencer and celebrity relations tactics for campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, and coordination. - Research emerging talent, trends, and relevant events; share insights with team and clients. - Plan and manage small‑scale influencer activations, events, and white‑glove services (e.g., travel, wardrobe, itineraries). - Oversee product shipping, showroom presentation, and inventory management. - Draft and distribute press releases and celebrity dressing announcements via Launchmetrics or similar platforms. - Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative partnership ideas. - Support client reporting, campaign recaps, and social media metric tracking (manual and via tools such as Lefty). - Provide on‑site event staffing in Los Angeles as needed. **Required Skills:** - Proven influencer marketing experience (2‑3 years). - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal relationship building. - Existing network of influencers, talent teams, stylists, managers, or agents (assistant level and above). - Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscapes in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. - Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. - Problem‑solving mindset; proactive and detail‑oriented. - Familiarity with Launchmetrics (preferred) and willingness to adopt AI marketing tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required.
