Job Title: Technico-Commercial Role Summary: Act as a business developer and technical sales professional responsible for expanding the company's market presence, securing new accounts, and driving revenue growth through end‑to‑end sales activities and strategic partnerships. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial sectors such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics. - Strong technical background (Bac+4/5 or equivalent scientific degree). - Demonstrated ability to negotiate, structure offers, and close deals. - Knowledge of industrial processes and regulatory frameworks. - Self‑directed, analytical, and results‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partner relationships. 2. Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing. 3. Analyze customer requirements and propose high‑value technical solutions. 4. Contribute to product portfolio evolution and launch new offerings. 5. Provide regular, structured sales activity reporting to senior management. 6. Continuously improve commercial processes and support outreach activities such as trade shows and professional events.
