**Job Title** Fullstack Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical web applications that empower Medicare agents. Lead full‑stack architecture using TypeScript/NestJS, Vue/Nuxt, and Postgres on AWS, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end feature development from concept to production. - Drive architectural decisions and set engineering standards. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Operations. - Deliver code that supports agent workflows such as lead management, enrollment, and policy servicing. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs. - Create responsive, high‑productivity frontend interfaces. - Model clean domain systems and define robust contract specifications. - Perform code reviews, participate in technical discussions, and mentor peers. - Implement observability, monitoring (Datadog), and incident response practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain platform stability. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of full‑stack web development experience. - Proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS (backend). - Deep experience with Vue.js and Nuxt (frontend). - Strong SQL/Postgres expertise: schema design, query optimization. - Containerization with Docker; deployment knowledge on AWS. - Familiar with observability tools such as Datadog. - Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. ---
