Job Description
Job Title: Technical Assistant (Administrative Support) Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative and HR support within a short‑term temporary role for a home‑care service organization. Duties include phone and in‑person reception, HR‑related documentation, client dossier management, payroll preparation, and quality assurance activities to ensure smooth daily operations. Expectations: - Methodical, conscientious, and autonomous worker eager to contribute to a socially valuable mission. - Capable of managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously and supporting both staff and client needs. - Able to maintain confidentiality, adhere to established procedures, and promote continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Handle telephone and in‑person inquiries. - Prepare and file employment declarations, contracts, and amendments. - Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking staff replacements and shift modulation. - Maintain employee files, manage health‑insurance enrollment, and coordinate occupational health visits. - Generate and submit CPAM and AG2R declarations. - Verify client invoices, allocate costs, track payments, and monitor client file status. - Monitor client satisfaction indicators. - Support payroll processing, validate data, and manage social security contributions. - Provide accounting information to the federation and oversee supplies and consumables. - Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, and summary notes. - Implement network procedures, report quality issues, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Team‑oriented, supportive of a collaborative environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Bac) or equivalent. - At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role. - Valid driver’s license (Category B) and access to a personal vehicle.
