Job Description: Job Title: Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Transform a legacy on‑premise environment into a modern, scalable, and secure cloud‑ready platform. Lead stabilization, documentation, automation, and hybrid migration while establishing long‑term DevOps foundations. Expections: Deliver reproducible, monitored, and cost‑optimized infrastructure across AWS/GCP, enable CI/CD pipelines, and support real‑time XR backend services. Key Responsibilities: - Audit and document existing on‑premise infrastructure; identify failure points. - Implement monitoring, backup, and baseline security for stability. - Create Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using Terraform/Ansible; standardize environments. - Introduce Docker; optionally Kubernetes; set up CI/CD pipelines. - Design hybrid architecture and execute phased cloud migration; secure access, networks, and secrets. - Optimize cloud costs and define deployment standards. - Support XR real‑time backend services and contribute to architecture decisions. Required Skills: - 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering. - Proficiency in Linux, networking, reverse proxies. - Hands‑on with AWS or GCP. - Skilled in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tooling. - Strong scripting in Bash and Python. - Docker experience (Kubernetes optional). - Basic cyber‑security practices (hardening, secrets, networking). - XR or real‑time systems experience is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) and IaC tools preferred.
