Job Description

Job Title: IT Development Analyst Role Summary: Translates functional user requirements into technical solutions, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications while ensuring quality and scalability. Expectations: Deliver reliable, maintainable software on schedule; conduct thorough testing and debugging; maintain existing applications and technical documentation; stay current with emerging tools and best practices; collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze user needs and business specifications. - Design technical architecture and produce UML models. - Develop, test, and debug code in Java, Python, C#, or PHP. - Execute unit, integration, and system tests; resolve defects. - Perform corrective and enhancement maintenance of existing systems. - Write technical documentation and user guides. - Monitor industry trends and recommend technology enhancements. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or PHP. - UML modeling and SQL database design. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong debugging, unit testing, and quality assurance skills. - Ability to document technical solutions clearly. - Good command of technical English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s to Master’s level (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (DUT/BTS/Master). - Prior professional experience in software development is mandatory.
