Job title: Senior Software Engineer – Growth & GTM
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and delivery of growth‑driven features across B2B and consumer channels. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, sales, and marketing to translate business insights into scalable technical solutions that drive acquisition, conversion, and operational efficiency.
Expectations: Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience. Demonstrated expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and RESTful API development. Strong background building and maintaining complex microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker containers, and AWS environments. Proven ability to partner with product, design, and go‑to‑market teams, and a product‑first mindset that links technical decisions to measurable business impact. Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement high‑impact growth features for acquisition (B2B web portals, regional expansion), conversion (free-to‑premium, in‑product upgrades), and efficiency (automation, dashboards, AI‑enriched tools).
- Champion engineering excellence: enforce quality standards, automated testing, comprehensive documentation, and production observability using Datadog and related tooling.
- Develop technical strategy and roadmaps in alignment with Growth & GTM objectives; collaborate with architects on scalable solutions.
- Scale go‑to‑market systems: automate sales‑operations workflows, build self‑serve activation experiences, and integrate with third‑party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, OpenSearch).
- Mentor and guide teams on best practices, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- Front‑end: React, TypeScript, modern CSS/JS frameworks.
- Back‑end: Node.js, Express/Koa, microservices, RESTful APIs.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Glue), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), infrastructure versioning.
- Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, OpenSearch.
- Observability: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, log aggregation.
- Experience with B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG/PDG strategies, and building sales/GTM enablement tools.
- AI/ML integration fundamentals (LLM, embeddings) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator, etc.) are desirable but not mandatory.
