**Job Title**
Development Intern
**Role Summary**
Assist the Enterprise Operations IT team in designing, building, and maintaining low‑code applications, automated workflows, and integrations across platforms such as OutSystems, Salesforce, Azure, and Wrike. Provide hands‑on support for API integrations, system configuration, and internal tooling to improve operational efficiency.
**Expactations**
— Non‑exempt internship, individual contributor role.
— Work collaboratively with IT staff and other interns on cross‑functional projects.
— Proactively document technical processes and propose improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and enhance internal applications using low‑code platforms (e.g., OutSystems).
• Build, test, and refine automated workflows for business processes (onboarding, price‑list management, routine tasks).
• Assist with API‑based integrations between Salesforce, Azure, Celigo, and other enterprise systems.
• Support configuration, workflow management, and data integrity in Salesforce, Wrike, and related tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system notes, and process guides.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and process improvement.
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with IT team on setup, configuration, and shared tooling initiatives.
• Provide limited IT operational support to broaden exposure to enterprise technology operations.
**Required Skills**

**Required Education & Certifications**
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• No specific certifications required; coursework or experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms, Salesforce, Azure/AWS, or integration tools is preferred.
