Job Description
Job Title: Regional Security Manager Role Summary Oversee security operations, client relations, and personnel management for the Seattle, WA market. Lead a regional portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial targets while cultivating a high-performance team. Expectations - Deliver consistent 24/7 operational coverage across all sites. - Maintain and grow client retention and satisfaction. - Meet or exceed financial and service SLA targets. - Lead staffing, training, and performance management initiatives. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. Key Responsibilities - Hire, train, and develop supervisory and security staff; manage onboarding, licensing, and performance evaluations. - Build and sustain strong client relationships; proactively address service level expectations. - Conduct quality assurance inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage payroll, billing, staffing, scheduling, and budget control to keep branch accounts profitable. - Coordinate with executive team to set goals, communicate objectives, and develop corrective action plans. - Partner with sales/marketing to identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
