Job Description
**Job Title:** Client & Operations Executive **Role Summary:** Support client delivery and internal operations for a diversified consultancy. Work closely with the Client & Operations Coordinator and founder to ensure precise documentation, smooth client communication, and efficient administrative processes across a growing portfolio. **Expectations:** - High attention to detail and strong written accuracy. - Proactive, dependable multitasker. - Professional communicator with clients and internal teams. - Tech‑savvy; comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools. - Interest in business operations, consulting, or professional services; background in law, compliance, finance, or governance a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate daily client communication and support across multiple accounts. - Prepare, review, and manage client‑facing documents and internal records. - Assist with new‑client onboarding and maintain up‑to‑date client files. - Support contract drafting, compliance tasks, and documentation workflows. - Perform finance and admin duties: invoicing, tracking, reconciliations. - Maintain trackers, reports, and internal systems for accuracy. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and related logistics. - Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency while ensuring quality. - Provide reliable operational support to the Client & Operations Coordinator and founder. **Required Skills:** - 1–4 years experience in client services, operations, administrative, legal support, or professional services. - Strong written English and excellent organizational abilities. - Ability to work with structured documents, templates, and formal processes. - Proficiency with office software and willingness to adopt AI/automation tools. - Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., project management, compliance) are advantageous but not mandatory.
