About the Company

PocDoc is a digital health platform developed with the vision of allowing anyone with a smartphone or tablet to test themselves for a range of major diseases or conditions via a fingerprick of blood, receive a full health assessment that puts those results in context and then be offered solutions to address any health-related issues that arise.

The PocDoc platform has been designed to work with our proprietary, quantitative blood tests, which have been developed in-house and are focused on preventative disease areas (Cardiovascular Disease, Metabolic Disease and Renal Disease ). The platform can also integrate other existing rapid tests, digitise the results, and provide the same health assessment and follow-on care pathways.

PocDoc successfully rolled out the PocDoc Healthy Heart Check, which focuses on cardiovascular disease in homes, communities, healthcare organisations and pharmacies across the United Kingdom. PocDoc's technology has been granted multiple patents worldwide and is set to be the first home testing diagnostic service to fully integrate with the NHS app.

**Job Title:** Customer Success Associate **Role Summary:** Own 10–15 named customer accounts to drive retention, repeat orders, and utilization through onboarding, ongoing support, and renewal management. Focus on measurable commercial outcomes and long-term account growth. **Expectations:** Deliver measurable impact on retention and utilization rates through proactive customer engagement, early risk identification, and coordination with internal teams. Maintain renewal forecasting and mitigation strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage customer onboarding, success planning, and training (onsite/remote); drive first-use success and ongoing product adoption. - Track reorder cycles, renewal dates, and consumption trends; mitigate churn risk via regular check-ins and cross-functional coordination. - Partner with sales/commercial teams to align success plans with renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities. - Document CRM activities (contact notes, renewal stages, account status) and capture actionable feedback to improve products/processes. **Required Skills:** - 1–3 years in customer success, account management, or operations (B2B preferred). - Strong communication: lead customer calls, deliver training, and coordinate internal teams. - Organizational precision: manage portfolios with prioritization, follow-through, and performance tracking. - CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience a plus). - Interest in healthtech/diagnostics industry preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** None specified.
