**Job Title:** Automotive Engineer **Role Summary:** Entry‑level engineering position focused on developing vehicle systems, managing part procurement, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver automotive projects on schedule while ensuring quality and design integrity. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong leadership and communication across all organizational levels. - Proactively resolve technical and program issues. - Manage multiple concurrent programs and report status to management. - Prepare and deliver clear presentations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and communicate build plans aligned with vehicle specifications. - Coordinate purchasing and track development timelines for engine system components. - Lead and synchronize multiple teams to meet program deliverables. - Identify and resolve quality, design, manufacturing, and scheduling issues. - Serve as primary point of contact for issue resolution at all levels. **Required Skills:** - Basic automotive systems knowledge. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong leadership and interpersonal communication. - Ability to prepare and present technical information. - Self‑starter with effective multitasking and status reporting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline. - 0–3 years of engineering experience (internship, Formula SAE, or similar).
