Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive – Belgium & Netherlands **Role Summary:** Drive full‑cycle B2B sales for Aurora Live’s matchmaking platform in the Belgium and Dutch markets. Build a new client base from prospecting to closing, then manage and grow those accounts to ensure long‑term value and partnership. **Expectations:** - Achieve sales targets and pipeline growth in an international, fast‑paced environment. - Demonstrate proactive ownership of leads, deals, and post‑sale account management. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and act as a strategic partner. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to align solutions with client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, qualify, and engage prospective B2B clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking. - Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions. - Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover. - Nurture won accounts, ensuring ongoing adoption, renewal, and upsell opportunities. - Build and sustain trusted relationships with decision‑makers in Dutch and English. - Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to improve offering. - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity in the tech/SaaS space. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales track record (tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred). - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English. - Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently and within a team. - Competence with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional, SaaS sales training) are a plus but not mandatory.
