Job Description

**Job Title:** Technical Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Responsible for the internal IT system, overseeing technical projects, providing advanced pre‑sales support, solving complex technical issues, and driving the technical team’s skill development. Acts as a key contributor to ISO 27001 certification efforts. No direct people management required. **Expectations:** - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar technical role within an IT services firm (ESN). - Proven ability to manage internal IT environments and lead technical projects. - Strong problem‑solving skills for complex technical challenges. - Ability to mentor and upskill technical staff. - Commitment to teamwork, trust, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain the company’s internal information system. - Lead and monitor technical projects from conception to delivery. - Provide advanced pre‑sales technical assistance and solution design. - Diagnose and resolve high‑complexity technical problems. - Identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate technical solutions and tools. - Develop and maintain the technical team’s competencies. - Contribute to the organization’s ISO 27001 certification activities. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security, virtualization). - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities. - Proficiency in selecting and integrating hardware/software solutions. - Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration. - Ability to work independently and support occasional remote work. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cisco, Microsoft, or ISO 27001 lead auditor/implementer) are a plus.
