Job Description
**Job Title** HR Data Analyst **Role Summary** Support the HR function by centralizing, validating, and analyzing all HR data sources. Deliver dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc studies to inform decision‑making and drive HR strategy. **Expactations** - Autonomously manage large, disparate data sets. - Accurately validate information for reliable analysis. - Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership and managers. **Key Responsibilities** - Consolidate employee, absenteeism, payroll, mobility, and other HR data into a unified system. - Clean, verify, and maintain data integrity before analysis. - Build and maintain dashboards and periodic reports for senior management. - Develop and refine methods and tools for efficient data collection and monitoring. - Conduct ad‑hoc studies to support HR decision‑making. - Perform related HR duties such as personnel administration, recruitment support, and manager assistance on internal projects. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and data‑management abilities. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Methodical, detail‑oriented, and capable of organizing scattered information. - Self‑motivated, curious, and proactive in identifying process improvements. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Master’s program in Human Resources, Management, Statistics, or HR Data Analytics (or equivalent).
