**Job Title**
Digital Communication & Content Coordinator Internship
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end support for the company’s digital marketing and communication activities. Work under the Digital & Marketing Director to plan, create, execute, and measure content across social media, website, newsletters, and events, driving engagement and supporting sales enablement.
**Expectations**
- 4‑6 month full‑time internship, starting March 2026.
- Autonomous execution of tasks with active participation in strategic planning.
- Deliver measurable social media growth, content production, and campaign performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Social Media & Community Management** (≈ 80 % of workload)
- Manage and grow the group’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Produce written posts, copy, and visual assets; schedule through a content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and analyze metrics to optimize reach and ROI.
2. **Content Creation & Editorial Management**
- Write and edit engaging copy for brand, product, and event content.
- Design simple visuals; collaborate on new formats (mini‑videos, podcasts, interviews).
- Maintain the editorial calendar, propose new content ideas, and coordinate production timelines.
3. **Website & Newsletter Development**
- Update and enrich web pages (offers, news, events) using WordPress; ensure editorial consistency.
- Draft, structure, and send newsletters; experiment with formats and melodic lines.
4. **Event Support** (≈ 20 % of workload)
- Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of client and partner events, webinars, and podcasts.
5. **Performance Measurement**
- Track key KPIs (followers, engagement, website traffic, email open rates).
- Prepare brief reports to inform strategic decisions.
**Required Skills**
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Basic visual design competence (Figma, Canva, similar).
- Proficiency with WordPress and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social insights).
- Autonomy, organisation, and ability to multitask across projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s, BBA, or Master’s program in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications required.
