Job Title: Senior Director of Logistics Role Summary: Lead and optimize the end‑to‑end logistics network for a $500M+ fashion retailer, overseeing wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce distribution. Drive network design, last‑mile efficiency, inbound supplier coordination, cost control, and technology integration to support global scaling while maintaining compliance and service quality. Expectations: - Deliver measurable cost reductions and speed improvements across domestic and international routes. - Align logistics strategy with corporate financial goals and operational targets. - Foster a high‑performance, data‑driven culture and cultivate talent within the logistics organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage global routing teams, grow capacity, and design scalable network solutions. - Lead transportation operations planning, integrating AI and TMS to forecast demand and optimize routes. - Direct Warehouse Ops Optimization; establish KPIs for cost, quality, and service across all distribution centers. - Oversee inbound network design, freight strategy, and supplier performance benchmarking. - Control and develop the logistics budget, ensuring cost savings and budget alignment. - Mentor and develop a high‑performing logistics team, emphasizing succession planning and empowerment. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk management requirements. - Drive technology adoption to improve operational visibility and decision‑making.
