Build reporting, dashboards, and internal tools that provide leadership with actionable insights. 4. Conduct research and analysis (tooling, vendors, cost trade‑offs) to support data‑driven decisions. 5. Apply AI and automation pragmatically to streamline information flow and reduce manual work. 6. Own initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and evaluation of results. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable with ambiguous contexts. - Proven experience in structured environments (consulting, operations, engineering, analytics). - Proficiency in data analysis, financial concepts, and trade‑off evaluation. - Hands‑on expertise with modern tools, systems, and software; practical application of AI and automation. - Clear, structured communicator; ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and adoption. - Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Any relevant professional certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) is preferred.
