Expectations: - Meet or exceed daily footfall and sales targets. - Exhibit consistent professionalism, friendly demeanour, and proactive assistance. - Demonstrate strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to visual presentation. - Build and maintain positive client relationships across architects, designers and homeowners. - Engage in continuous learning of product lines and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist customers, providing expert product guidance. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable architectural ironmongery solutions. - Prepare and submit accurate quotes, process orders, and handle transactions. - Maintain showroom cleanliness, layout and overall visual appeal. - Keep abreast of product specifications, updates and competitors. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity. Required Skills: - Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or showroom context. - Clear, confident communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organisational ability, with keen attention to detail. - Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. - Eagerness to develop product knowledge and understand architectural, interior design or related fields.
