Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist customers, providing expert product guidance. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable architectural ironmongery solutions. - Prepare and submit accurate quotes, process orders, and handle transactions. - Maintain showroom cleanliness, layout and overall visual appeal. - Keep abreast of product specifications, updates and competitors. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity.
