Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Executive – New Homes **Role Summary:** Sell new residential properties, promote show homes, and guide buyers through the purchase process. Deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the sales team and maintaining property presentation and site administration standards. **Expectations:** - Work full‑time (5 days a week, includes weekend duties). - Fulfil sales targets and uphold the company’s quality and service standards. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements in property sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Present and maintain show homes to the highest standards. - Assist customers in navigating the home buying process, including paperwork and financial arrangements. - Build and nurture positive relationships with buyers, lenders, and external stakeholders. - Respond to visitor and buyer inquiries and provide detailed property information. - Manage on‑site administrative tasks, including record keeping and reporting. - Maintain and monitor health and safety protocols on the sales site. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in residential property sales, preferably new homes. - Strong sales techniques and negotiation ability. - Knowledge of legal terminology related to property purchase. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of mortgage lenders and the financial aspects of home buying. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. - Full UK driving licence. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant experience in home sales; no specific degree mandatory. - Full UK driving licence required.
