**Job Title:** Marketing Associate **Role Summary:** Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, PR, and product promotion for an AI‑driven healthcare marketplace. Own campaign budgets, create brand‑consistent communications, and produce data‑driven insights to activate, retain, and reduce churn. Work cross‑functionally with Design, Product, and Partner teams to amplify brand presence. **Expectations:** - 0–2 years of marketing experience. - Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred). - Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, creative thinker. - Comfortable with analytics and data‑driven decision making. - Strong collaboration skills; proactive in cross‑team initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting activation, retention, and churn reduction. 2. Produce social media content and PR assets in partnership with Design lead; maintain consistent brand voice. 3. Manage end‑to‑end marketing budgets; allocate spend across channels. 4. Track campaign performance metrics (acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue) and report insights. 5. Support partner‑focused marketing (radio, TV, influencer, pharmacy) including asset creation, outreach, and performance monitoring. 6. Contribute to brand strategy and voice development across all communications. **Required Skills:** - Campaign design and execution (email, social, PR). - Content creation and copywriting. - Brand communication and voice development. - Data analysis, KPI tracking, and insight generation. - Budget management and cost tracking. - Collaborative teamwork and cross‑functional communication. - Creative problem‑solving and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred). ---
