Job Description
**Job Title** Business Manager Senior / Agency Manager **Role Summary** Lead the launch and growth of a new IT services agency in France, overseeing commercial development, talent acquisition, team management, and local operational structuring within a high‑performance, transparent organization. **Expectations** - Deliver a scalable agency model with revenue targets within the first 12–18 months. - Build a high‑performing, self‑sufficient team and local partnership network. - Achieve a profitable business plan through strategic accounts and new market penetration. **Key Responsibilities** - **Launch & Deployment**: Set up office infrastructure, craft commercial and financial business plans, define sector and account strategy, and establish local partnerships. - **Commercial Development**: Identify strategic targets, prospect and secure new accounts, nurture existing portfolios, and contribute to RFP responses. - **Recruitment**: Source, interview, and select consultants; manage talent acquisition pipeline. - **Management**: Integrate, mentor, and monitor staff performance; oversee technical project delivery; manage consultants’ career paths; lead and animate the team. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years in an IT services (ESN) environment with a strong “hunt” orientation. - Proven management or coaching experience (≥1 direct report). - Deep understanding of the local SME and enterprise client ecosystem. - Strategic thinking, business planning, and partnership building. - Strong B2B sales skills, prospecting, and portfolio development. - Talent sourcing, interviewing, and selection proficiency. - Effective communication, credibility, and reassuring leadership style. - English language proficiency appreciated but not mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications** - Academic qualification of Bac+5 (graduate of a business school, engineering school, or Master’s degree). - Solid background in B2B commercial development within IT/ESN.
