**Job Title** Intern, Global Philanthropy **Role Summary** Provide project support to the Global Philanthropy team, enhancing donor engagement and developing resources for the Individual Giving and Foundations staff. Work on data management, content updates, and prospecting tools to strengthen United Way’s global gift pipeline. **Expectations** - Current college or university student (undergraduate or graduate) or recent graduate (≤ 1 year). - Eligible to work in the United States. - Commit to 3‑4 days/week in‑office, with the possibility of 1 remote day. - Manage multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Update content on United Way’s worldwide information hub. 2. Complete donor profiles using Salesforce and iWave. 3. Update training materials and standardize foundation proposal templates. 4. Assist in preparing session materials for regional conferences. 5. Update state registrations for the charitable gift annuity program. 6. Synthesize Foundations team content and create regional guide. 7. Enhance stewardship processes for FreeWill and IRA donors. 8. Participate in monthly FreeWill webinars and internal cross‑department meetings. **Required Skills** - Strong project management and organizational ability. - Proficient in Salesforce, iWave, FreeWill, and related fundraising software. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High attention to detail; commitment to confidentiality. - Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program. - No specific certification required; knowledge of nonprofit or fundraising concepts is a plus.
