Job Description

**Job Title:** Partnerships & Alliances Intern **Role Summary:** A 10‑week internship supporting the VP of Partnerships & Alliances in a fintech company. Responsibilities include managing partner profiles, conducting partner research, updating sales enablement content, updating Salesforce.com and help portal content, enhancing pitch decks, creating sample portfolios, and preparing data for sales presentations. **Expectations:** - 10 weeks, $17 per hour. - Hybrid work: 2 days per week onsite, remainder remote. - Full‑time hours typical. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update and maintain partner profiles in Salesforce.com and RapidRatings Help Portal. - Conduct partner intelligence research, collect supporting materials, and tag partner accounts. - Update and customize partner sales presentations and pitch decks, including API integration details. - Create sample/demo investment portfolios relevant to partners. - Assist in account mapping and generate Salesforce reports. - Prepare data and analytics for sales presentations using PowerPoint and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros). - Support miscellaneous sales enablement projects as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Excel (including macros). - Comfortable using Salesforce.com for data entry and reporting. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Clear written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. - A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
