Job Description

**Job Title:** Project Manager, Sylob Production (Internship) **Role Summary:** Coordinate the deployment of the Sylob ERP system within the production environment, acting as liaison between production, design, procurement, and logistics teams. Oversee data preparation, training, and performance monitoring to enable efficient operation of the production line. **Expectations:** - Current 4th or 5th year engineering student or Master’s candidate with focus on IT, Digital, or Information Systems. - Strong interest in data analytics and information system integration. - Curiosity about emerging technologies, proactive, detail‑oriented, and patient. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Prior experience or familiarity with the Sylob ERP is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary communication point among production staff, design engineers, purchasing, and logistics. - Lead the implementation of Sylob ERP in production, including scenario design and technical data conversion. - Develop and deliver training sessions for field teams, and author user procedures. - Manage production performance metrics within Sylob, conducting regular business reviews to assess efficiency and effectiveness. **Required Skills:** - Data handling and basic analytics. - Understanding of enterprise resource planning concepts. - Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities. - Ability to train non‑technical staff and produce clear documentation. - English fluency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in a 4th or 5th year engineering program or Master’s degree in IT/ Digital/ Information Systems. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of Sylob ERP is a plus.
