Job Description

Job title: In‑House Commercial Technician Role Summary: Provide technical sales support for fluid‑handling solutions, advising clients on product selection and application, and managing a portfolio of accounts while coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Expactations: Achieve quarterly sales targets, maintain high client satisfaction scores, develop and nurture long‑term client relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: • Offer expert product advice and help clients select appropriate fluid solutions. • Develop and grow a portfolio of accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. • Coordinate project execution with external partners to guarantee on‑time delivery and quality. • Track and report sales activity and pipeline status to the Agency Manager. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients. • Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM systems. Required Skills: • Experience with in‑house (sedentaire) sales and account management. • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office productivity tools. • Technical knowledge in fluid handling or related fields (e.g., CIRA, electromechanics). • Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum secondary education (high school diploma). • Technical training or certification in fluid systems, electromechanics, or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
