**Job Title:** Account Manager **Role Summary:** Commercial and operational owner of key fintech accounts, driving client satisfaction, adoption, and revenue expansion while managing stakeholder relationships and escalation points. **Expectations:** - Lead revenue growth and account expansion. - Own commercial relationships and invoicing processes. - Serve as the primary escalation point for all client issues. - Maintain up‑to‑date account plans and represent client needs internally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage designated accounts, ensuring high‑quality client experience. - Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue and adoption. - Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within each organization. - Identify and pursue new use‑case opportunities for organic network growth. - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support, finance) to meet client requirements. - Handle invoicing, contracts, and commercial negotiations. - Escalate and resolve all client matters promptly. - Analyze account data, track performance, and report on key metrics. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of account management experience in Financial Markets. - Proven commercial software sales experience within Financial Services. - Ability to manage both short and medium sales cycles across multiple stakeholders. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities. - Proficiency with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce). - Highly organized, deadline‑driven with strong planning skills. - Rapid learning ability and strong product knowledge communication. - Analytical and problem‑solving mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree (any discipline) ---
