**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of data‑driven digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable sales and traffic growth for an e‑commerce brand. Collaborate closely with creative, product, and senior leadership to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, error‑free, and aligned with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Campaign Planning & Execution** – Design, commission, and manage seasonal, event‑driven, and product‑focus digital campaigns.
2. **Setup & Quality Assurance** – Configure creative assets, verify content accuracy, and resolve technical problems before launch.
3. **Calendar Management** – Maintain the digital activity calendar, coordinate briefings, and track deadlines.
4. **Performance Monitoring** – Track KPIs using analytics platforms (GA, Tableau, Metabase), spot issues, and recommend optimisation tactics.
5. **Content Updates** – Refresh home, landing, and product listing pages to support campaign objectives.
6. **Stakeholder Liaison** – Act as the primary point of contact between campaign managers, senior leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in digital trading, e‑commerce operations, or campaign delivery within a retail environment.
- Strong analytical proficiency; comfortable using Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase, or equivalent tools.
- Commercial acumen: ability to translate performance data into revenue‑driven actions.
- Exceptional organisational and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Capacity to manage multiple concurrent priorities and navigate cross‑functional collaboration.

**Required Education & Certifications**
