Job Description: Job Title: Solutions Engineer – AI/ML Role Summary: Act as the technical bridge between product, sales, and clients for a data‑labeling and AI platform. Design, demo, and validate AI solutions, lead pilot projects, and translate client business requirements into scalable data and machine learning architectures. Expectations: - Deliver new pilot projects and deepen technical relationships with existing accounts. - Own the technical definition, requirements gathering, and proof‑of‑concept lifecycle. - Build, run, and maintain demos, integrations, and tooling that drive pilot success and client expansion. - Serve as a product and industry expert, staying current on emerging AI/ML trends and influencing product roadmaps. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Account Directors and Managers to launch pilots and strengthen technical ties with clients. - Define technical scope and gather requirements to design complex AI data solutions. - Develop and maintain interactive demos, API integrations, and supporting tools for pilot programs. - Translate client business goals into AI/ML solutions, delivering high‑value presentations and workshops. - Stay current on industry developments, maintain deep knowledge of Sama’s product stack, and share insights with Product & R&D teams. - Participate in industry conferences and client events to promote solutions. - Collaborate with peer Solutions Engineers and technical teams to share best practices and technical learnings. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data pipeline design, and model deployment. - Experience designing and delivering technical product demos and proofs of concept. - Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL) and API integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.). - Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate value to non‑technical audiences. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 2+ years of AI/ML industry experience and 4+ years of technical sales experience in enterprise environments. - Optional certifications: Machine Learning (Coursera, Udacity, etc.), Cloud Provider (AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, GCP Professional ML Engineer, etc.).
