**Job Title**
Data, AI & Automation Apprenticeship
**Role Summary**
Serve as the Data & AI right‑hand to the CEO, structuring, automating, and scaling AI across the organization. Drive knowledge management, workflow automation, user adoption, and data reporting to embed AI‑first culture and deliver measurable business value.
**Expectations**
- Operate independently, proposing solutions and owning initiatives.
- Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams (sales, architecture, front‑desk).
- Leverage daily AI tools to solve concrete business problems, not for novelty.
- Embrace a hands‑on, experimentation mindset with a tolerance for failure.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Infrastructure & Knowledge Management** –
- Build and maintain a unified content hub in Notion.
- Integrate platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, Pennylane, etc.) into a centralized AI system.
- Develop and upkeep domain‑specific AI agents (e.g., support, quotation prep).
- Govern data ownership, cleaning, and GDPR compliance.
2. **Automation & Workflow Design** –
- Identify repetitive processes across teams for automation.
- Create and manage workflows using Make, n8n, or ActivePieces.
- Quantify ROI in time savings and error reduction.
- Document automation pipelines for long‑term maintainability.
3. **Training & Adoption** –
- Deliver AI training sessions to personnel.
- Facilitate weekly “Show & Tell” sessions, hack contests, and failure debriefs.
- Create departmental prompt templates and usage guides.
- Track adoption KPIs (active users, satisfaction).
4. **Data & Reporting** –
- Build executive dashboards for KPI monitoring.
- Democratize data access across departments.
- Identify and communicate actionable business insights from data analysis.
**Required Skills**
- Daily proficiency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Advanced understanding of no‑code platforms (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion).
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse roles.
- Self‑starter attitude, capable of resolving issues before seeking help.
**Preferred Add‑ons**
- Basic coding (Python or JavaScript).
- Experience with APIs (HubSpot, OpenAI, etc.).
- Knowledge of real estate, hospitality, or coworking sectors.
- Entrepreneurial background (side projects or associations).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- No mandatory certifications; however, proficiency in no‑code tools or AI platforms is a plus.
