**Job Title**
Growth Manager (Full-Time, H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end acquisition strategy to grow customer base and revenue. Design and execute data‑driven funnel activities—from sourcing and enrichment to lead qualification and nurturing—across inbound, outbound, and multi‑channel campaigns.
**Expectations**
- Mastery of data acquisition, scraping, and enrichment techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with rigorous KPI tracking and budget stewardship.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable growth plans.
- Excellent communication for cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Creative) and for mentoring a junior Content & Event Manager.
- Proactive experimentation culture: running A/B tests, refining strategies, and iterating quickly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and automate data sourcing, scraping, and enrichment pipelines.
- Maintain high data quality, segmentation, and accuracy in CRM.
- Design, launch, and optimize multichannel prospecting campaigns (Email, LinkedIn) and inbound efforts (SEO, landing pages).
- Oversee nurture workflows to convert qualified leads.
- Conduct regular A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and manage acquisition budget.
- Coordinate trade‑shows, events, and marketing campaigns with Sales.
- Recruit and coach a Content & Event Manager to support campaign execution.
**Required Skills**
- Data tooling: web scraping, database management, data enrichment.
- No‑code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable).
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Campaign management for Email and LinkedIn (List building, A/B testing).
- SEO fundamentals, landing page creation, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in a fast‑moving growth or marketing role.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Google Analytics, Salesforce Certified) are a plus.
