Job title: Marketing Specialist (12 month contract) Role Summary: Execute data‑driven multi‑channel B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns focused on upsell, cross‑sell, and product adoption for existing customers. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Creative to craft targeted messaging, segment audiences, deliver compelling assets, and optimize performance. Expectations: • Deliver measurable campaign results (engagement, conversion, pipeline impact). • Maintain rigorous segmentation and targeting to align with customer lifecycle stages. • Act as proactive partner across departments, ensuring alignment of campaign goals with overall business objectives. • Demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and a positive, self‑starter attitude while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage multi‑channel campaigns (email, in‑product messaging, webinars, events) to drive cross‑sell/upsell opportunities. - Segment the existing customer base using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data; prioritize targets. - Collaborate with Content & Creative to create, localize, and deliver campaign assets (emails, landing pages, webinars). - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with business outcomes. - Plan and support a few customer‑focused events (e.g., dinners, sports events). - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; report on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution. Required Skills - 3+ years SaaS/B2B demand generation or customer marketing experience. - Proven ability to design and execute mid‑market B2B SaaS campaigns. - Proficient with marketing automation tools, CRM, and project management software (Salesforce, Asana, Marketo). - Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, persuasive marketing copy. - Self‑starter; adept at juggling multiple priorities with high attention to detail. - Positive, can‑do attitude and collaborative mindset. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
