Job Description

**Job Title:** Technical Cloud Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead multi-year cloud transformation projects and infrastructure upgrades for global entities, aligning technical strategies with stakeholders to ensure delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines. **Expectations:** Oversees end-to-end project management, technical implementation of cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Coordinates cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement Azure cloud environment upgrades, including managed DevOps pools, Redgate integration, and RBAC model convergence. - Develop server migration plans for Microsoft environments (SQL/Windows) to supported versions across datacenters and French regions. - Establish and execute DRP/PRA (Disaster Recovery/Plan d'Action) strategies aligned with ISO 27001 standards. - Define and promote cloud hosting solutions for national and regional operations, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements. - Manage project lifecycles, including scoping, PMP documentation, stakeholder validation, and risk tracking. - Convene and direct governance committees, weekly project meetings, and day-to-day team coordination to meet quality, planning, and budget targets. - Take ownership of emerging projects, prioritizing alignment with organizational objectives. **Required Skills:** - Proven expertise in technical cloud project management (Azure, AWS). - Experience with Microsoft infrastructure (SQL/Windows), RBAC, database management tools (e.g., Redgate). - Strong project governance skills (PMP methodology, stakeholder management). - Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance and DRP/PRA frameworks. - Leadership in international/multiregional project contexts. - Bilingual proficiency (French/English), with advanced communication and negotiation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Microsoft Azure/AWS cloud architecture, ISO 27001) highly desirable.
