Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of core banking and treasury projects, combining business analysis, project management, and subject‑matter expertise on platforms such as Flexcube, OPICS, and Bloomberg TOMS.
Expectations:
- Deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain high quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between business users, vendors, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications (BRDs, FRDs, process maps).
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams; provide regular status updates.
- Serve as SME on core banking and treasury platforms; lead configuration reviews, UAT, and system integrations.
- Collaborate on data warehousing, reporting, and BI solution initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team planning and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of business analysis and project delivery in banking/treasury environments.
- Deep knowledge of core banking and treasury operations and platforms (Flexcube, OPICS, Bloomberg TOMS).
- Proven ability to produce BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and test plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, MS Project, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: PMP, CBAP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
