Job Title: Assistant Director – DevOps Engineer
Role Summary: Lead and evolve the infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability functions for a large-scale risk analytics platform. Drive automation, observability, and compliance across multi‑cloud environments while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Expectations:
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Strong command of Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
- Proficient in Python, Shell, and SQL scripting.
- Knowledge of ISMS, audit frameworks, and regulated industry standards.
- Ability to onboard and train junior engineers, produce clear documentation, and share best practices.
- Curiosity about AI tools and responsible AI principles, with a willingness to incorporate them into processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions (Terraform, Kubernetes) for production services.
- Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and GitHub Actions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance, availability, and security of MAP platform services.
- Conduct incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation.
- Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to onboard new applications, ensuring compliance and alignment with ISMS and audit requirements.
- Develop observability tooling and automation frameworks to enhance reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, facilitate knowledge transfer, and contribute to technical documentation.
Required Skills:
- Cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, or AWS (proficient).
- Infrastructure automation: Terraform, Kubernetes.

Required Education & Certifications:
