**Job title:** Sr. Director, Sales Operations
**Role Summary:**
Lead revenue operations strategy and execution for the Americas across three product families (Cision, Brandwatch, PR Newswire). Drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision making while partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver measurable revenue impact through strategic planning and process improvement.
- Maintain high forecasting accuracy and report executive‑level insights.
- Champion change adoption and operational consistency across the regional sales organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and go‑to‑market leaders to provide insights, analytics, and operational support.
- Own quotas, headcount, territory planning, and capacity modeling for the Americas.
- Lead quarterly revenue forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and conversion metrics reporting.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle and standardized sales processes.
- Manage territory alignment, account segmentation, coverage models, and rules of engagement.
- Develop sales performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze productivity data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Serve as data steward for revenue‑related metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance across Salesforce.
- Create executive dashboards, scenario‑planning models, and business‑performance reports.
- Collaborate with tools, compensation, marketing, customer success operations, and finance teams on CRM optimization, compensation design, lead management, renewal strategies, and financial alignment.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Expertise in revenue operations, sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Deep knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and data governance.
- Process improvement and change management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Leadership capability to manage a small analytics team and influence cross‑functional leaders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA) or certified revenue operations / sales operations credential preferred.
