**Job Title**
World Trade Factory Intern – Project‑Based, Part‑Time
**Role Summary**
A flexible, eight‑to‑twelve‑week internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands‑on experience in AI, fintech, Web3, media creation, or growth marketing. Interns choose 1–2 tracks (e.g., AI/Technology, Finance, Blockchain, Creative, Growth, HR/Operations) and work remotely across interdisciplinary teams to deliver real products, analyses, or content.
**Expectations**
- Start immediately (within one week) if accepted.
- Commit 8–20 hours per week, with weekly founder or team reviews.
- Deliver tangible outputs; no busywork.
- Demonstrate ownership, clear communication, and a startup mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own end‑to‑end projects in selected tracks, from idea to execution.
- Collaborate across AI, finance, blockchain, creative, growth, and operations teams.
- Participate in weekly founder sessions and project reviews.
- Use relevant tools (Python, JavaScript, Solidity, Excel, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI platforms, social media analytics) to create deliverables.
**Required Skills**

- Interest in emerging technologies, markets, or media production.
- Track‑specific tools (choose accordingly):
