Job Title: Growth Manager
Role Summary
Lead the end‑to‑end growth engine for a fast‑growing SaaS B2B platform, owning acquisition, funnel optimization, and revenue results across multiple international markets (France, UK, Spain). Operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product, driving data‑driven experiments, channel performance, and cross‑functional alignment to scale pipeline quality and volume.
Expectations
- Minimum 4–5 years of highly operational growth or acquisition marketing experience.
- Proven track record managing paid acquisition campaigns in multi‑country or multi‑language contexts.
- SaaS B2B background preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical mindset, rapid hypothesis testing, and ROI focus.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Multi‑market Acquisition**
• Own paid media performance (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Launch new geographic markets: define targeting, creative, messaging, and local landing pages.
• Continuous performance analysis, testing, and optimization of spend allocation.
2. **Funnel Design & Optimization**
• Build and refine the full funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Trial → Revenue.
• Lead CRO initiatives: landing page A/B tests, messaging refinements, UX improvements.
• Use data (heatmaps, analytics, user research) to identify and remove friction points.
3. **Cross‑functional Alignment**
• Partner with Marketing (content, organic, positioning), Sales (qualifying, closing), and Product (activation, onboarding) to align goals and metrics.
• Maintain transparent reporting, forecasting, and pipeline health dashboards.
• Challenge and improve existing processes, proposing actionable enhancements.
4. **Measurement & Reporting**
• Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, events, pixels, UTM parameters.
• Deliver actionable insights on ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Required Skills
- Paid Media: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads; Meta Ads experience is a plus.
- Analytics & Tracking: GA4, GA events, UTM, pixel implementations.
- Marketing Automation: Advanced HubSpot (workflows, lead scoring, email).
- CRO & Testing Tools: A/B testing platforms, heatmap/UX tools.
- Web Development: Ability to build country‑specific landing pages (Webflow experience desirable).
- Copywriting: Conversion‑focused copy in French and English.
- Growth Mindset: Experimentation frameworks, PLG familiarity.
- Business Acumen: Pipeline, revenue, ROI sensitivity.
- Soft Skills: Cross‑team collaboration, communication, data storytelling.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
